Working Principle

  • The motor drives the pins and dispersing disc at high speed, creating a vacuum that draws slurry into the grinding chamber.
  • Inside, the grinding media generate constant collision and friction, reducing particle size and achieving a uniform distribution. The high-speed vortex flow circulates the material repeatedly through the basket, ensuring excellent dispersion and grinding results.
  • A hydraulic system allows the basket and chamber to be lifted up and down for easy operation.
