Software Engineer (Industrial Systems)

Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour break)

Position Overview

We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to develop intelligent systems that support our machines and customers with predictive maintenance, data-driven insights, and AI-assisted interfaces.

This role focuses on applying machine learning in real-world industrial settings — working with time-series data, process signals, logs, and technical documentation to create models that help operators and managers make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy machine learning models for real-time monitoring and prediction

  • Work with sensor data, logs, and production history to detect patterns and anomalies

  • Collaborate with backend and automation teams to integrate ML models into working systems

  • Develop, train, test, and optimize models to meet operational requirements

  • Support internal knowledge systems with NLP models and interfaces

  • Document workflows and maintain reproducibility

Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in machine learning and data science

  • Experience with Python and ML libraries (e.g. Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)

  • Comfortable working with noisy real-world data

  • Ability to deploy models in production or edge environments

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Engineering or Computer Science degree (or proven practical experience)

  • Bonus: Experience with industrial or IoT data, dashboards, or edge devices
