Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible when needed)
Position Overview
We are hiring a Technical Sales Engineer to lead customer engagement, offer tailored solutions, and support project discussions across our product and service portfolio.
You will be the technical link between our engineering team and our clients — identifying their needs, proposing solutions, and helping them succeed by choosing MAINDUS systems.
This is a role for someone who understands both machines and people — and can sell based on knowledge, not pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and propose the right machine or solution
Prepare and present offers and technical proposals for:
Filling, mixing, or packaging machines
Full production lines
Automation or software systems
Visit customer sites for technical discussions, layout planning, or after-sales follow-up
Coordinate with engineering and production teams to align on capabilities and delivery timelines
Support cost estimation and sales documentation
Help grow and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Identify new business opportunities in industrial sectors we serve
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial equipment sales or technical sales
Strong understanding of filling, mixing, packaging, or similar production systems
Familiar with technical drawings, machine functions, and production workflows
Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
Ability to travel within Egypt for customer meetings
Self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working with targets
Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) preferred
English proficiency is a must
