Position Overview
We are hiring a Field Service Engineer to support machine installation, testing, and maintenance at customer sites. This role requires frequent travel across Egypt, flexibility with working hours, and hands-on problem solving in both electrical and mechanical systems.
When not assigned to external service tasks, the engineer will assist in machine assembly and testing at our main facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites for:
Installation and startup of machines and production lines
Troubleshooting and performing service or repairs
Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Diagnose and resolve both electrical and mechanical issues
Work with PLC systems (preferably Siemens TIA Portal)
Follow all safety protocols during work at customer sites
Support internal production team when not on service visits
Provide clear feedback and documentation after service calls
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in field service or industrial maintenance
Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, and mechanical assemblies
Able to read and work with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
Experience with Siemens PLCs and TIA Portal is highly preferred
Industrial technical diploma or higher (DON BOSCO is a plus)
Able to travel anywhere in Egypt and stay on-site for several days when required
Flexible to work on Fridays or extended hours when needed (overtime is fully compensated)
Familiar with customer site safety requirements and procedures
Reliable, independent, and committed to quality work
