Working Principle

Bottles are fed into a rotary star wheel and precisely positioned under the capping heads.
The wheel stops, caps are placed and tightened, then the wheel indexes again to move bottles forward.
This intermittent motion system ensures accurate and secure capping while maintaining steady throughput.
