Working Principle

  • Bottles are fed into a rotary star wheel, which positions them under the filling nozzles.
  • The wheel stops, nozzles move down into the bottles, filling is performed, then the nozzles retract and the wheel indexes again.
  • This cycle repeats, ensuring accurate, clean, and efficient filling. Once filled, bottles are guided out of the rotary table and can move directly to capping or labeling.
