Founded in 2011,

SG Machinery started with one goal: to build reliable machines for the chemical industry — filling, capping, labeling, done right.

Over the following years, our offering rapidly expanded. Not just packaging, but complete manufacturing systems — dispensers, basket mills, blenders, reactors.

By 2015,

we were delivering full production lines. Not just machines, but full systems — from layout to steel platforms, from raw materials to packaging. Every project was a turnkey solution.

In 2018,

we pushed further with inline quality control. Our first vision systems rejected bad labels and incorrect caps. But instead of relying on expensive industrial cameras, we built our own smart system — sensors, PLCs, and industrial PCs working together. For the first time, our machines had real computing power beside them — and with that, full customization became possible.

Soon, customers were asking:

“How can we use this data?”
“Can we automate more?”
“Can we monitor everything remotely?”

The answers led to a shift that SG Machinery could no longer contain.
That’s when **MAINDUS** was born — a new platform, built to unify machines, data, and intelligence.

By 2020,

MAINDUS offered not only advanced hardware but the ability to track machine history, monitor processes remotely, and collect real-time insights securely.

In 2022,

our customers reached further. Now that they had data, they wanted to use it — connecting machine data to ERP, MES, planning tools, and more. We became the bridge between the physical and the digital.

In 2023,

we took another leap:
We began integrating AI at the edge, right into the machines — local systems that detect errors, guide operators, and predict failures before they happen. These systems don’t just add intelligence — they reduce downtime, protect data, and keep production running at peak performance.

Now,

with AI evolving rapidly, we’re going even further:
Smarter checks, more automation, and giving customers the choice to process data locally, on their factory network, or securely in the cloud.
