Rotary Filing Machines (MIC)
Our Rotary Filling Machines are designed for compact, efficient, and reliable production. Unlike standard inline systems, the rotary platform indexes bottles into position, allowing multiple containers to be filled in one cycle. With models handling 50 ml to 1000 ml and customizable filling heads, these machines deliver higher speeds than inline fillers while maintaining accuracy. They can also be seamlessly integrated with rotary capping systems for a fully automated packaging line.
Working Principle :
Bottles are fed into a rotary star wheel, which positions them under the filling nozzles. The wheel stops, nozzles move down into the bottles, filling is performed, then the nozzles retract and the wheel indexes again. This cycle repeats, ensuring accurate, clean, and efficient filling. Once filled, bottles are guided out of the rotary table and can move directly to capping or labeling.
